I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at IBM (Bengaluru) in Jul 2024
Interview
F2F interview at the IBM office. Interview was not well presented. No home work done by the interviewer. Interview was very easy. No tough questions asked. Basic architecture and work flow. Challenges faced in day to day work.
Recruitment consultant provided helpful information throughout the process. First interview consisted of competency based questions, but had an interviewer that might be considered brash, nothing offensive, possibly also to see how you will respond to 'demanding clients etc' and truly evaluate whether you want to work 'the grind'. An odd tone I personally found if hiring. Second interview was casual and more experience based validation of perhaps first interview assessment.
