IBM Applications Developer interview questions

Pretty straightforword, interesting guys asking interesting questions. The flow of discussion was interesting and the reason for that is because it transformed from a topic to the other, no akward moments.

Hiring and Interview process:- It was one day process. There were 3 rounds 1.) MCQ question + small task (1hr) 2.) On call interview (45 mins) 3.) HR round (20 mins) got offer letter after 1 week and joining date was about one month later.
