IBM Applications Developer interview questions

Aptitude test, English assessment followed by personal interview. Aptitude test includes quantitative aptitude questions with some pattern making questions. In English assessment , grammatical questions , sentense correction, email format etc.

The process itself was really long. It took months. A phone interview (HR Interview), then written exams (Algorithms, Data Structures, IQ, and English language), followed by two technical interviews, one with a panel of engineers (3) and another one on one. Then a final interview with the manager.
