Interview
Generally, a two-step process with two rounds of technical interviews by first level managers followed by senior managers. If first round is through, you will get a chance for second round and if that is also through, you are normally offered a job

Questions are around specific skills in project management, situation-based responses, Scheduling skills, People management skills, Communication skills, end-to-end PM experience, value additions, etc.
Highly professional and organized in a structured way with clear objective. Senior members including department heads were part of the interview process. All the expenses towards interview process were paid by the company. The selection process were on-time and properly notified during the process.

Specific to the project management, consulting and ERP solutions and implementation methodologies & client handling.
First was Technical, Second, and Third was managerial rounds. Overall good experience. Easy questions but took one month for the third round. Meanwhile, the project was getting changed for the interview taken for the 1st and 2nd rounds.
