Interview
I applied online for the position and got an email that I got through after about a month.
The first step was a telephone interview there they asked questions like Why H&M? What du you know about Business Control? Why did you apply? ect.
Next step was logical test which there pretty easy.
Afterwards I was called for an assessment day at the office. We were about 6 interviewees in total. H&M people held one hour presentation about the H&M and business control role. Afterwards each person had three 30 minutes interviews with different H&M people - one personal, one experience and one case interview.

Interview
Multiple stages of interview, long process. It starts with an initial screening by HR. Then up to 4 rounds with hiring manager, then technical interview and third one is cross functional. There is sometimes a fourth and final one with HR. The interviews may also involve presentations, case studies and analytical tests.
Application ~ Assessment which I did well in but got no interview invite despite this. I think it’s unfortunate we spend lots of time to prepare for an assessment when we don’t get considered despite doing well and meeting all requirements
First you had to do logical and personality testing through AON.
Second a HR interview with a focus on your past experiences.
Then if you pass this you go through to the next stage meeting business controllers and doing one more personality interview and a case interview.
