Google Engineering Manager interview questions

As a first stage is recruiter 30 mins call, than phone screen 45 mins coding mostly. and 4 hours of behavior, coding, management skills, system design. All stages are very professional and kind.

HR contacted me about position in Romania, I replied that not interested, but she anyway asked to have 1-2-1. During this 1-2-1 we discussed my experience and positions that Google has in different countries. HR didn't revert back in a month, even to provide simple reject, that they are not interested.
