Interview with the recruiter then interview with the HR and if get selected then further interviews. If not then you'll be ghosted and no reply from the recruited even if you ask anything in follow-up about the further process.

Initially, I received a phone call from HR where they asked some basic screening questions regarding my background, availability, and interest in the position. This step was mainly to assess if I was a good fit for the role and had the necessary qualifications. After successfully passing the phone screening, I moved on to the next stage: a virtual interview. During this interview, I was asked several behavioral questions aimed at understanding how I approach challenges, work within a team, and solve problems. These questions were designed to assess my communication skills, adaptability, and alignment with the company's values.
