I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at FDM Group (New York, NY) in Jan 2014
Interview
An Account Manager contacted me to set up a phone interview. It was around 10-15 minutes long where they asked what do I know about FDM and why do I like IT. It was very simple and straight forward if you did a little bit of homework beforehand. They got back to me in a few days to set up a date to come in office for assessment.
Assessment day was roughly 5 hours long and consists mainly of an aptitude test and a 1-on-1 interview with one or more account managers. One hour was given to complete the technical exam. If you browse throughout the interview feedback written by other individuals here, a few of their questions did appear on my exam that day.
After the exam, you await to be called by one of the account managers to conduct an interview with you. For the most part, they were fairly standard questions with little to no technical questions for me. The interview took 10 minutes at most.
That last question is a big one for them. It was asked at the very beginning of the day where we had to introduce ourselves and why we liked IT and came up again during interviews. There were a few individuals who had more than one interview and/or had a technical interview. These were probably for the applicants who applied for becoming a developer because a couple of them had to write code on the spot.
Personally, I only had one interview which went relatively fast and was contacted within 2 days congratulating me for passing the assessment.

Question 1
Literally the hardest questions I was asked during the interview:
1. How well do you work under pressure?
2. What is the role of an application support?
3. Why do you like IT? (Everyone gets to answer that, so try to come up with a good answer)
Everything else was super simple because they were just questions aimed towards knowing YOU as an individual. So there should be no need to prepare for questions like that if you just be yourself.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at FDM Group (New York, NY) in Jun 2013
Interview
I had a call from One of the recruiters for a phone interview. I gave her the time for interview and we had a 15 minutes long interview on the scheduled day. Phone interview was pretty basic type questions: why would I join to FDM group, Some information regarding my resume, experience. Then the recruiter scheduled an assessment day. I went there on time, meet some other candidates. Then we had to take an 40 minutes long written test and also I had to face one HR interview and One technical Interview. I blew up on assessment test.
