I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at FDM Group (Londres, Angleterre) in Oct 2014
Interview
First 30mins long presentation about the presentation (nothing that can't be found on the graduate leaflet that they have on their website to download). Then a Venn diagram test for 60mins (GCSE level, nothing to worry about). After the test they held a set of three 5mins long interviews with different managers. Around 1pm they released us for lunch. We were supposed to come back for 2pm for maths test (30 mins long, as easy as it gets really unless calculating squares of single digit numbers scare you). Then an hour long "aptitude test" which consisted of questions about IT abbreviations such as HTTP, SQL and other IT and business notions together with logical questions you would normally encounter. After that we were released. There were enough time for every test for everyone in the group.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at FDM Group (Londres, Angleterre) in Jul 2014
Interview
Poached by their HR through online job board, held simple telephone interview, invited to assessment day, maths, venn diagrams & IT competency as well as 3 short interviews - during tour current staff uttered "DONT DO IT" other staff approached and asked us to use them as a reference and split the money - so unprofessional

Question 1
Do you prefer a large project or many small projects
I applied online and got a call the next morning to do a phone interview. Very basic questions like, why did you choose FDM, where do you see yourself in 5 years? Right on the spot, they told me to come in for an assessment day the same week. The assessment test was very basic math questions, logic, and set notation. Not bad for me since I have a math background. There was also basic programming questions which should be no problem if you've been introduced to it before. Then, you have 1-on-1 interviews with people from sales/technical, not long, just about 5 minutes, so they can assess who you are/will you fit in. Overall easy interview!
