Interview
I have spend whole day in assessment day from 9 to 5. There are 3 different test about IT skill, Venn diagram and bias math test. Two interview, one is Skype with HR in HANG KONG (because i applied a position in Asian ), one is face to face interview. And don't worry about the questions, there are all normal questions during interview, noting special.
This was my worst job interview experience ever. After the phone interview, I flew to UK from another country (at my own expenses) for the assessment day. Having already a master's degree at hand, I was given a pre-school questionnaire with elementary level math (multiplications, divisions, etc. on paper) and went through a 5-minute interview. That was it! A ridiculously superficial assessment. But the fun part came after. They rejected me and said that I lacked motivation. What? I came to UK from another country for the interview! I guess they didn't even look at my profile. When I asked for more constructive feedback, my message was ignored. This is a very unprofessional company with very low-quality assessment. I am glad I didn't end up as their trainee.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at FDM Group (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2014
