FDM Group interview questions

I was contacted within 20 hours of applying for the position of Financial Consultant. I found it extremely strange that whilst on the phone the company, it appeared that they hadn't read my cv and were only concerned with meeting their own requirement e.g willing to work for the company for a minimum of two years etc..

1. send in a CV and answer some short essay questions online 2. video interview: your webcam records you answering some questions and someone watches it back. This was the hardest part because it feels very unnatural talking into a webcam - I didn't practise but I should have 3. assessment day: maths test, IT test, set theory test, 3 5-minute interviews
