Interview
The first round was a 30min phone interview with an HR person. She asked ONLY behavioral questions such as past internship experience and leadership roles. At the end of the phone interview, she invited me to a super-day at EY's local office. However I did not go since I decided to accept another offer.
Not bad it was like 3 rounds and it wasn’t very technical there was one case interview and all the interview people were really nice and flexible it was a good interview
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.

The interviewer was friendly and easy to talk to
Had to prepare a presentation on myself and what industry in Nigeria I think would most benefit from a tech revolution. Then, answered follow-up questions on both the personal and market research portions.
