Interviewed by two senior managers who knows the industry.
Before that, three quiz to be completed. Mathemetical quiz, verbal and reasoning and logical quiz. Assesment centre type questions. Fairly simple timed quizes.
2 interviewer will ask about how u cope with ur stress etc, the process is smoothly, didnt feel like formal interview for me, the interviewer was very very nice, do make sure u check their LinkedIn.
Online interview standard question about previous experience related to role, asked about where they see myself in 3, 5, and 10 years time. Mostly focused on previous work experience and applicability of previous studies
Brief screening call followed by one focused interview where expectations are communicated upfront and decisions are made quickly. Ask detailed questions and use STAR approach with examples could be from school projects if no work experience
