I applied online. I interviewed at EY (Londres, Angleterre) in Oct 2022
Interview
It was great, they asked intros, case studies, guesstimates and there was a fit round as well. Overall the interview process was very smooth as the HR and Senior Associates did not do very grilling rounds
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at EY (Noida) in Oct 2021
Interview
One written test and 2 rounds of technical interviews (does not include HR round)
I was approached for this position by one of my ex- manager ( also the hiring manager). For the last round of interview, I got a call from the HR and he said it was imperative that the interview took place the next day as there was an urgency to hire. I agreed and the interview went extremely well. I asked the interviewer how it went and she happily said that I will surely hear back from the HR soon. With that I was totally sure that I will get a call for negotiation round or get an offer letter. Two weeks passed by and there was no further communication. I contacted the hiring manager and thats when I got to know that the position has been put on hold. Soon after, i got an email from ey that the position has been put on hold/ filled. My only suggestion is to not to waste the candidates time in the rigorous interview process if you are going to put the post on hold and if the candidate is not selected atleast let them know this directly.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at EY (Pune) in Nov 2021
Interview
It was a very simple interview as if they just wanted to hire MBAs for the sake of it more of quantity and less of quality as if hiring for a call center job with minimum qualifications and an MBA tag
