The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Datasite in Jan 2022
Interview
First, had a phone screener with a technical recruiter. He went over the position and sold me on the UX org.
Next, had 3 back-to-back 30-minute interviews with different members of the UX team, all behavioral and technical questions. A lot of them asked the same questions so it kind of felt like the same interview 3 times.
Last, had a cultural interview with the head of UX. Very informal. We mostly just talked shop about UX and process and Datasite's approach.
2 hour interviews with the London Sales Leadership team. They asked questions on background, responsibilities vs achievements and gave a solid overview of the role. Very interested in sales style / process and achievement against targets

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Datasite (Londres, Angleterre)
Interview
It was a phone interview with the HR first, chatting about your skills and backgrounds, then after a week, we had a 1-1 interview with the line manager. I would say the phone interview is quite easy, the 1-1 interview is a bit tricky.
