3 Part interview. First was a phone screening interview with HR. then a phone interview with the hiring manager, followed by a in-person interview by hiring manager. I was told I would hear back on their decision the following week. I did not receive any communication until the day before the position was supposed to start.

Contacted by HR. Telephone screen. 2 weeks after initial contact.
First round interviews. Two peers and hiring manager, all separate 1:1 interviews.
One week later, second round interviews. Hiring manager, two direct reports.
Maintained regular contact with HR, no action taken. Position now said to be "on hold, due to a reorganization."
