Thorough process in which the HR representative asked questions before I moved on to the branch interview. Focused on skills and experience but also on ability to collaborate in the shop environment. It gave me a good feel for what the manager and employees would be like. Both interviewers were professional as well as friendly and willing to answer any of my questions.
