I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Capital One (Dallas, TX) in Oct 2009
Interview
The hiring process for this position was fairly intuitive. I have had experience in the past as a teller so I knew what to expect coming into the interview. The interview was help by an offsite recruiting firm. I was offered a position without ever interviewing with an actual Captial One employee.
