Interview
After few psychometric tests, I was invited to the London office. I had two interviews with members of the Private Placement team. The first one was more behavioural, second one more technical.
The overall experience was good: friendly interviewers and relaxed environment.

Interest Rate Swaps
If you had £10,000 where would you invest it?
1. Two first round interviews with behavioral and technical questions such as how to valuate a company, walk me through a DCF, why project finance, what do you know about the industry, what risks do you see in this field, be prepared to ask follow-up questions and be interesting
2. Last round with head of VP Project Finance, will ask how to valuate a project and the steps and risks involved, make sure to ask quality questions because top dog
Group interview, 6-8ppl 30min discussion. Very intense, have to try very hard to get the chance to talk. Don't know how they evaluate. Looks like they don't really care about being a team player.
