Interview
I applied online and was then asked to do a telephone interview, which lasted about 30 mins. Afterwards I was asked to go for a face to face interview, which took an hour. I was asked basic competency questions and she also went through my CV asking questions about my experiences.

Question 1
What are your strengths and weaknesses? Why did you leave your last job? What is a good leader to you? Biggest achievement? etc.
1. Two first round interviews with behavioral and technical questions such as how to valuate a company, walk me through a DCF, why project finance, what do you know about the industry, what risks do you see in this field, be prepared to ask follow-up questions and be interesting
2. Last round with head of VP Project Finance, will ask how to valuate a project and the steps and risks involved, make sure to ask quality questions because top dog
Group interview, 6-8ppl 30min discussion. Very intense, have to try very hard to get the chance to talk. Don't know how they evaluate. Looks like they don't really care about being a team player.
