Interview
Phone interview - 3 Standard algorithms questions.
1. Check validity of a closing/opening brackets in string
2. Find a pair of integers that sum to N
3. Get element in Linked List n positions away from end.
On site - 1st interview
Implement browser history functions. LRU. Reference to objects.
But beware - questions will be easy but you will need to implement them fast. I wish someone had told me that. If you don't finish all questions in the interview they kick you out.
So concentrate on bog standard algorithms questions and make sure you can provide full implementation covering all edge cases fast.
Good luck.

Interview
Started with an online application form which was easy to fill up. Had a 1 hour telephone interview schedule after a month (due to the holidays). The telephone interview was great, questions were average in difficulty but a very good experience speaking to someone working there. The on site interview was a few weeks later and was overall a brilliant experience. Beautiful office and great tour by Rob from HR! Had 2 interviews, one 3:1 and one 1:1. The group interview was about more overwhelming but the experience was good. Both interviews were more casual than I expected and I felt that I was being interviewed for my skills but more of who I was and my character. Left the offices and had a HR interview the following day. Great chat with the HR folks. Received an offer 3 days later. Overall the best hiring process I have experience throughout my university life.

Why you choose Bloomberg? And talk something about my CV. Show a code on the website and ask you to find out the bug. And than ask you to write a code on the website. It is not hard.
