I applied online. I interviewed at Bloomberg (Londres, Angleterre) in Mar 2021
Interview
Total Interview Process:-
Phone Interview (coding and resume questions) -> Video Interview (coding and resume questions) -> System Design Interview -> HR and Manager Interview.
You would only go to the next round after clearing the current round.
One interviewer in my second round was deliberately confusing me with the time and space complexity discussion. I think that the interview don’t even know that the time and space is always calculated in the worst case. No proper feedback was given why I was rejected. In the System Design round, the interviewer is not even interested in my answers. He barely communicated. I personally think they’re targeting people with 1+ yoe. I was asked why I didn’t have any internship experience or real industry experience.
Just practise Bloomberg tagged LC problems to clear the coding rounds.
My overall interview experience with this company is pretty negative (because of lack of rejection feedback and interviewers behaviour).
System Design can be High-Level design (if you’re unlucky), for me it was a low-level design.

Email communication and setting up dates for interviews.
Initial phone screen (technical coding problem - relaxed and not too difficult).
On site technical test and behavioural interview (mixed questions and coding challenge - more difficult, two engineers and coding in language of choice with no intellisense).
Didnt get the offer but did not perform at my best so not surprised.
