BlackRock Senior Software Engineer interview questions

2h30 online techinal test that consisted of write a portfolio model in java. There were seven questions and each question was about adding a new functionality to the portfolio. 2 face to face interviews 2 phone interviews They are very worried about the integration in the team. The personnality is a huge factor.

I was called by the internal recruiter and sold on the role and the company. Once I agreed to be put forward for the role, I was sent a link to an online technical test (which was excellent, some of the best technical skills testing I've come across), and once I'd passed that, I had a face to face with three team members. I then heard nothing, and received no answer to my calls and emails for feedback for two weeks. I finally received a generic 'Thank you but this position is now filled' email from a no-reply email address.
