BlackRock Associate interview questions

You have interviewed for an APAC position with nearly 15 team members over four month length they can still say they don’t want to proceed your application. However, good to learn the company is very new and keen to adopt the newest applications and technologies in its operations. Everyone will always be learning and annually it let go 5% of people. Although it’s the worlds largest asset management but the package could be stingy comparatively. Good to join the company when it just started or in very early career. It kept disrupting.

2 phone screening interview. 1 round with hiring manager. 1 round with COO. 1 round with dept head. General questioning on CV, ETF market structure knowledge, technical questions regarding options trading. Interviewers generally very nice.
