BlackRock Associate interview questions

Met with HR in person for the first round interview, then was told to have a 2nd round with the hiring group manager. Everything was confirmed and scheduled but on the day of, got a cancel call just few hrs prior to the interview , that's just unprofessional! You can tell the hiring manager was just waiting for someone to take the offer while interviewing other candidates for backup
