I wouldn't wish it on my worse enemy. The STAR process, etc. is a horrible evaluation method and has nothing to do with rather you can perform your job or not. I was told during my interview that the reason they use behavioral based questions is because they want to encourage "entrepreneurship" that's there way of saying "This place is unorganized and you have no direction, so you better take a life vest and either you sink or swim.
