Amazon always hire and develop the best candidates among the people. They check the candidates in all aspects for which the candidate is getting hired. Team Amazon works very hard in candidate selection so that they can get good candidate for the certain position.

EASY IF ITS AN INTERNAL MOVE, these are usually fixed. strongly suggest to start a lower position and move up from there. most leadership cycles to another facility within 6 months or so.

Regular star format questions. Questions on training associates, improving processes, and cost reduction were asked. They will probe more if unclear about the situations you gave. They also need your examples to be a bit quantifiable as well and specificity will aid your cause.
