Amazon Assistant Manager interview questions

The interview process consisted of two back to back virtual Chime calls both lasting at least an hour. One was with an Operations Manager and the other was with an HR (PXT) partner. Started with a brief introduction to get know one another and then all the interview questions were behavioral "Tell me about a time when..." questions. Their expectation is that all your answers are strictly in the S.T.A.R. format and exhibit one or more of Amazon's 16 leadership principles.

Regular star format questions. Questions on training associates, improving processes, and cost reduction were asked. They will probe more if unclear about the situations you gave. They also need your examples to be a bit quantifiable as well and specificity will aid your cause.
