Quick, to the point, and blunt. Good manager but not a great position for a college kid to be in. They make it sounds extremely profitable. Realistically that is a very very very exaggerated opinion.

Interview
Simple and Easy. They accept most people because of the high drop out rate. Overally it was not too difficult. My interview process took 2 weeks, one over the phone and second one in person.
