It's basically just a test to see if you will work well with the others. The position requires minimal technical skills and more understanding of what they are in the business of doing.

The interviewers were two financial consultants. I went through a case interview which they had me analyze the financial situation and plan for retirement for a client. The overall process was good.

One long behavioral interview. A few technical questions sprinkled in but overall just to see if you will work well with groups and individually. Most of the questions will be first tailored to your resume and then towards what they are looking for in a candidate.
