Firstly a call by HR with several questions. After that an assessment centre, where manager and two future employees were on site. They asked behavioral questions at this interview, group case study was in place, and personal presentation was required

Manager : question plus technique, gestion de projet + capacité d'adaptation au sein de l'entreprise,
Manager n + 1 : savoir être, savoir faire
Très bon échange avec le responsable métier. A prit le temps d'expliquer le cadre et l'environnement de la mission
Nous avons parcouru mon parcours dans un premier temps puis nous avons discuter du détail de la mission

The interview was in a causal and relaxing way. Spoke with HR in the phone for around 15 mins. Then the HR arranged the interview with the timeslot I preferred. The. just one round of interview. I like it short.
