The interview was very fair. It was a video conference technical interview with 2 interviewers. If I remember correctly, I was given two coding problems. Both interviewers were respectful and understanding.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T in Feb 2020
Interview
This interview had four parts and took about 4-5 weeks to complete
1.) Behavioral Interview with HR
2.) Coding Assessment - Asked me about vectors, nodes and strings. It only tells you if you passed the given example cases so keep base cases in mind
3.) Questionnaire - Asks about location and skill set
4.) Technical and Behavioral Interview with 4/5 people - Know object orientated programming basics, data structs, will program in a text editor for them. They will tell you more about the program and behavioral questions at the end
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (Atlanta, GA) in Sep 2019
Interview
I applied online and had someone who worked there refer me. Then I had a video interview about a week later with HR. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and was purely behavioral. Overall easy interview but never heard back.
