Interview
Behavioral interview with HR followed by a semi-technical interview with the hiring manager, overall very casual and not too many difficult questions were asked. This is for the network engineer role

Interview
I had one ~30 min interview with a recruiter. The recruiters have 3 set questions they ask everyone and that's it. My interviewer was on a bus and had their camera off during my interview. It was all very distracting and there were a lot of background noises. I was very put-off by it and felt they didn't respect me as a candidate. Oh, and this was after they had to reschedule the interview 3 times.
Fast forward to nearly 2 months later, I got a few rather useless update emails saying they still had no decision on my application. And then I was finally rejected.
If you have other offers just take them and don't wait for a response from AT&T.

Interview
I interviewed for the TBM role within the TDP program. I have interviewed for a lot of roles in tech but never one this long and with a lack of timely communication. The interview process started with a 30 minute HR interview with behavioral questions. Then I received a lengthy form for skills assessment about a week later. After that, I was sent a lengthy take home assignment. There was a technical interview a week after. Following this interview, there was yet another interview with the TBM program lead. The whole process took about two months which is long for an entry-level role. After having received positive feedback during all of the interviews, I never heard back from the recruiting team. I reached out to the HR personnel who also did not have any information for me about their decision. Overall, there’s a lack of communication between steps and the timeline is unpredictable. There’s also a chance that you’ll make it to the final round(after 3 interviews and an assignment) and never hear back with a final decision. If you have other offers, choose those because you might never hear back.
