Pros

Paid every week. 401 K and Vacation start on week one for management.

Cons

The worst place I have ever worked. As an FOS you are treated like dirt. After 16 months I was 3rd in seniority out of 13. Expect to work 50 hours a week in an unheated warehouse and then spend an hour or two a day at home trying to answer and respond to emails as you will get hammered with problems the second you walk in door from the previous shift. and 120 percent turnover for the Fridley building across the board.

Pros

Modern office, Gym at the lobby, Canteen, Good starting package.

Cons

Where do I begin? Training is a disaster, they throw you in to the ocean of work with limited knowledge of what you are doing. company just hire you to make the job done even if it is for few weeks till they find another replacement, because it will happen soon. No digital or physical training material. I mean really nothing. training is like: "OK. this is ........ and you have to do that. got it?" "now go and do it" ... and if you make mistake, you gonna be yelled at, being judged, unprofessional comments for every question you ask. and so on... and being blamed to be "not fit for the job". this was second reason I left the company after I saw training is a mess. Job itself is a total mess. in few weeks I have seen emails with unbelievable mistakes in them. You keep up the good work, working early and leave late but still won't be appreciated. When your system is broken, then you are done. they literally do nothing to assist you. If you are not desperate for a job, then keep your honor and dignity intact and don't join this company, because now lots of people are quitting (or already left) and you gonna face with more mess at work. whatever you do, just do not let company blames and accuse you of "Failing at job" because it is all on them.
