      tough place to work long term

      Easy enough Job, just a lot of effort

      Cons

      cold call non stop, even if you have an established book of business. Management is more interested in buying other companies to make them bigger rather than investing in their employees who usually end up leaving because they feel that they are underpaid

      Pros

      I like my team and my manager. This isn't an easy job but I didn't expect it to be just because of the industry we are in. If you aren't a driven, hard working person this isn't the place for you. I have worked harder here that I have anywhere else and its starting to pay off but it doesn't happen overnight.

      Cons

      There are many, many frustrations that go along with the job. There are a lot of younger people in my office so there is a level of immaturity but I just go about my business and try to ignore it.

      Pros

      I love that we are a startup. I like the fast pace and that I am contributing in a big way. This is my first job that has work life balance and I really had no idea what I was missing until now!

      Growing pains that come with being a young company.
