      This company is growing so fast that anyone who is competent and hard-working will not only have job security, but the attention of a lot of higher-ups eager for talent. This is the company for assertive people seeking advancement, as XPO has not been around long enough to have established management and stale career paths.

      Growing pains... New software, new employees, and a little bit of chaos.

      Pros

      The working environment at XPO Chicago is exciting and electric. I have never worked in a company with so much energy and enthusiasm before. This company allows you to individually expand your carrier everyday. You are given the necessary tools and guidance to succeed it's then up to you to do what you want with it.The harder you work the more it pays off. Its that simple! Even though the industry is competitive and challenging at times it is extremely rewarding. They promote from within which allows you to see what you need to strive for to advance your career. Managers and upper management ask for suggestions from their employees which allows us to be part of the big picture at XPO. If someone is self motivated and eager to make money and learn I would highly recommend XPO.

      New hire training for individuals that are brand new to the industry could be better.
