Pros

I enjoy working in an environment with plenty of opportunity for growth. This place has it!!! If you are willing to work hard then you have ample opportunity to provide for your family. The high energy, fast paced work environment is accompanied with top notch management.

Cons

The one and only down side of working in logistics is that it is 24/7. This is not specific to XPO but the industry in general.
