Pros

Great potential for advancement within the organization. I have found management to be both accessible and receptive to ideas. Great people across the board, from management levels down. Genuinely energetic atmosphere with great enthusiasm in the organization as a whole. The company is willing to invest as needed where appropriate in people and infrastructure.

Cons

If you want predictable and plodding culture, this is not the place for you. XPO moves fast, and that speed is not for everyone. Still much work to do in really getting all the pieces to gel and work together efficiently, and that can be frustrating - more so for some than others.

Pros

I have experienced great detail to attention to making my transition as a new hire for XPO and Express-1. The on-boarding teams and management have made this difficult decision seem very right for me. The ability to interact with other employees has been great in that everyone shares the same theme of growth and customer focus

Cons

Non except learning new responsibilities but again have had great help
