Pros

Its a check until you find something else. If you get on at the office in Marietta the pay is a little more and they are closed on Sundays so I've heard.

Cons

Starting pay is 10 you start off as a part time employee until they are ready to make you full time which may be never. Everyone use the same headsets and get sick several times. 7.5 hrs a day with a 30min unpaid break. Management is very rude. Your schedule can be changed at any time and you wouldn't know unless you check the board. Several routers walked off the job due to low pay and management. They raised the routers pay to 14hr to get some to stay but per routers its still not worth the headache. Only holidays off are Xmas and thanksgiving. Phone system suck and new system suck which hinders you from working proficiently.a lot of complaints about checks not being correct every pay period.there were several emails sent out to HR with no response. I pray things get better for those still there.Only worth the stress if its a last resort

Pros

If you want to sell, this is the job for you. You will spend your day making cold calls and as you land business you will manage that book of business. Company vision is good, but they need to fit all the pieces together and some people may not be able to handle the chaotic nature that currently exist with multiple acquisitions and more to come.

Cons

Not for people with experience in the industry, unless you can bring a book of business over with you. The company has an employee churn mentality. Not saying someone can't be successful, just know what you are getting into before joining. Speaking from the experience in my office, there was too much favoritism by the manager having hired employee's he worked with in the past and there was no direction or sales strategy. Focus was solely on short term success and following some number crunchers monthly sales goals.
