Pros

Great atmosphere with a decent work/life balance. We do a lot for the community, charity walks and stuff like that...they promote themselves well in the community.

Cons

You work like crazy and then when it comes time for a raise they look at you like you should feel blessed to work there. Then you don't get a raise b/c your not meeting their unrealistic expectations, or if you are meeting their crazy goals they change them b/c your "making too much $$". When they realize their goals are way out in left field they don't rein them, they wait till the next year to adjust. Everything they do is take care of their shareholders which is no one in the company outside of "C" level execs. Your basically working to be the steps for everyone else above you. They like the entrepreneurial minded people, which is awesome...but they tend to crush that out of you. In the end don't plan on getting any stock options that would help keep that entrepreneurial fire in you...

BIG TIME DOWNFALL

Pros

it used to be a great place to work and I loved working there. always had OT in the department I worked in, and my bosses loved the way I worked and trusted my judgment on things, and they used to be fair when it came to needing a day off.

Cons

when I first started working there, the place was a great place to learn how to do warehouse work properly. after a while, the management made huge changes to their faculty, and it was a downfall from there. many people lost their jobs due to the company moving only certain departments (which included mine) to a different state, and they had to compensate 20+ peoples job to fit in the rest of the warehouse. many people quit, and a lot of people got let go. theyre also unfair with the way they handle certain situations.
