Pros
Hires good people. A company that strives for excellence regardless of how they obtain it.
Cons
Hires good people who eventually turn bad because of negative culture. No patience, and low tolerance for mistakes. Many managers, like some in Client Support are critical and mean-spirited. In order to stay afloat you have to aggressively defend yourself and constantly CYA. Anyone who has given this company a positive review are the culprits. I'd give it a positive view if I was a jerk too.
