A GOOD PLACE TO START...

Pros

Lots off possibilities for increased profits if businesses can be integrated. A talented work force. If managed correctly the workforce will be tough to compete against.

Cons

Limited Next Day coverage in key areas of the network. No real good way to expedite for added service for a customer. Letting a lot of talented people go. A good place for someone wanting to break into LTL as a driver or management.

Pros

Great benefits, good work/life balance, and a predictable schedule.

Cons

There is a lot of waste and overspending in the newly acquired Con-way. They are top heavy with management & administrators.

Pros

The staff in who I worked with were not bad. I'd made sure I communicate with them while completing my duties inside and outside the job environment.

Cons

They need to be trained a little more. Sometimes the staff can be rude to you and not pay that attention to anything else but their own job. I would think more than twice before working there.
