Lots of opportunities to put some variety into your day, if you're the kind of person who is willing to volunteer for additional duties. Plenty of overtime when business is busy.
Cons
As with any other company, you get your fair share of deadbeats and lazy coworkers. The XPO buyout promises more accountability and weeding out the bad hires. A definite trend away from promoting from within, and moving toward hiring from outside the industry, especially degree holding young people.
