      Pros

      You get to work on lots of different technologies, contracting advantages, global presence.

      Cons

      Normally pays lowest, pay structure is complex and sometimes tricking you of your money - caution, lots of managers normally lie about the role to lure people and once you find out you will be bullied to continue working, reviews and appraisals are normally rigged. There is a huge gap in the integrity organisation boasts and what it actually achieves.

      Pros

      After getting hired I stayed home waiting to be engaged for a project for six months and they payed me regularly with full benefits

      Cons

      The worst "company" ever in my life. They hire people even if they don't have project and then leave you at home at the end of the trial period. Absolutely absence of any form of communication and respect: immoral. Management are really poor people.
