After thinking so much, I could not find one real reason to motivate others to join Wipro. Yeah! Yeah! It is a giant Indian company with good reputation in India.

Cons

May be this space is less to list all the downsides. However I am listing FEW of MANY: No personal life, no appraisals, Extremely bad management from an employees perspective, Managers exploits their employees to their full capacity, the employee quality is highly deteriorated, offshore calling up even at midnight at onsite, 24X7 availabilty is required by an employee in LITERAL SENSE, etc, etc, etc, etc......

Pros

Wipro is a place for integrity. If you are a honest person and want to work in same environment then this is the place to work. Unless and untill your manager is very bad this place offer everything you need. I can say wipro is the second name for process. It is a very process oriented company

VPs are not real VPs, but tend to be what other companies would view as middle management - ineffective middle management. One level of management down and it's all chaos and confusion, without an ounce of strategic focus or direction - everything is driven by quarterly results.
