Pros
The environment is very friendly. BUt that again depends on the kind of people you are working with. I have been lucky enough to work with good people and good projects. The exposure to technologies is quite awesome and is a great thing for people who are new to this field. Not so sure about seniors. The trainings conducted are of great quality.
Cons
The location of kolkata does not have the visibility as much as places like bangalore and chennai have. There are times when you might have to spend the whole night in the office and you would not even be appreciated for that. The senior management in Kolkata are not that competent. The salary is below par when compared with competition
