A bit arcaic at times, but over all a good nurturing environment. Don't expect top dollar though.

Pros
Very competent and knowledgeable managers and supervisors. Relaxed environment that allows an employee their space. Good benefits. Almost everyone is willing to answer questions and help.
Cons
HR runs the show and they take every opportunity to make sure we know this. Rules that applies to everyone else does not apply to them. Training program is extremely arcaic and not streamlined. This makes it very difficult to learn products with no available references. You just go by what someone tries to explain in five minutes. Some very snobbish individuals who are so full of themselves, on both the technical and non technical sides. Not willing to reward financially, the organization is run by accountants, not innovators.
