- Earn up experience after graduation and you can take it with you to the next company. The company is big, so you have lot of opportunities to learn about accounting system and oil&gas industry. - If you want to give up your social life and only focus on work life, this is the place.
Cons
- Work long hours during month close and holidays but no appreciation from mgmt - You can be at work early but you CAN'T leave 5 minutes early. THEY ARE WATCHING YOU. - Managers don't want to create any relationship with employees what so ever. You are there, work non-stop like a machine. No talking...no laughing...Just like ROBOT - Some managers can't even do the works or manage because they don't know what they are doing. They are only in their positions because they have been there long enough and know how and who to KISS ASS
