Pros

Lots of changes = lots of opportunities. Fast paced, full of excitement. A family-like feel. Work Life Balance. Lots of opportunities to move around. Great benefits. Onsite gym and daycare.

Cons

if you cannot handle change, you should probably work somewhere else. Policies on Travel and Sick time could be better standardized. You must be a thinker to survive, which is only a con if you prefer repetitive mundane work.
