      - Experience was so horrible there are no pros here.

      Cons

      - Lack of leadership and too many inconsistencies. - Lack of structure - Lack of competence - Management is insecure, insincere, and not credible.

      Pros

      It's a well established company where things are setup properly, staff welfare are being taken care, nice environment. Friendly people .

      Cons

      Too bureaucratic as approval taking long and not effective. Need to improve on staff training plan and career development plan Does not reward existing staff as much as new comers as often new comers with lesser experience come in at higher salary than existing staff due to low raise % despite good performance and rating ( to be fair to whetherford, most company have this same issues)
